I'm excited to share the world Premier of my String Quartet, titled Surrounded, in Grass Valley, CA. It's about the recent fires in LA. The wind was blowing one of them in my direction and most of my exits were blocked. I was checking the rapidly changing conditions every five minutes, including in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep!
